How to connect?

Connect the 0DE interface board toDB15-LAN adapter, short circuit the CAN resistor of DB15-LAN adapter to the "CAN-R" end.

Unplug the original gearbox plug, install the 0DE interface board tovehicle TCU plug. Connect to the ACDP device and power it up.

How to adjust VW/Audi 0BH Continental mileage?

Connect ACDP to a stable WiFi.

Mini ACDP>> VW >> Gearbox mileage correction >> Audi >> DQ500(0BH CONTINENTAL) >> Identify

Make sure using the ACDP power(voltage+ 12V, current > = 2.5A).

Confirm connect the ACDP with gearbox.

Check the mileage and time of the original TCU.

Mileage: 1000km, system run time: 250h, click "OK".

Identify finish.

Mileage correction(auto mode) >> OK >> Continue >>Confirm the system info, OK >>Click "OK" to save the EEPROM data.

Enter the new mileage: 14000km

Click "OK".

Yanhua Mini ACDP Module 8: Unlocking BMW FRM Module Repair Without Coding

 This is a tutorial on how to use Yanhua Mini ACDP Module 8 to repair BMW FRM without coding. Make sure you've got the Module1 or Mini ACDP BMW full package before any operations.

Connection

Install the fixed screws and FRM interface adapter. Note that the test pins on FRM interface adapter should be aligned with 4 test points. Lock 2 screws.

Connect the BDM01 adapter to the OBP+ICP adapter & FRM interface adapter.

Connect to ACDP and power up.

Operation

Mini ACDP APP >> Confirm in the upper right corner that ACDP connected >> BMW >> FRM >> Select according to the corresponding chip model: ICP MC9S12XEQ384(MASK: 3M25J) >> FRM Data Recovery(Automatic mode)

Confirm the ACDP device and the adapter are connected properly. Please back up all the data before performing the write operation.

Press "Confirm".

Check the chip info read out:

If 4K EEPROM data is read, the FRM module data is not damaged. Please operate with caution.

If 32K Dflash data is read, the FRM module data is corrupt.

Refresh BMW E/F Chassis 8HP ISN with Yanhua Mini ACDP + Module 11

 This is a tutorial on how to use Yanhua Mini ACDP + Module 11 to refresh BMW E/F chassis 8HP ISN. Besides, Module 11 can refresh F chassis 6HP data without welding as well.

BMW E Chassis 8HP EGS ISN Refresh

Accessories required:

BMW EGS module, ACDP main unit, OBP ICP adapter, 8HP interface board, 20 PIN cable.

Connection:

Install the 8HP interface board, connect the OBP ICP adapter.

Short the CAN resistor on the OBP ICP adapter to the "CAN R JOIN" terminal.

Connect and power up the ACDP host.

Operation:

* Please make sure the ACDP host is properly connected.

Mini ACDP APP>> BMW >> EGS >> 8HP ISN Clear(Supports E Chassis) >> Clear ISN

Please connect ACDP with vehicle OBD port and ensure enough vehicle battery voltage. Click "Continue".

Confirm the EGS supports clearing ISN and ISN not cleared, click "Continue".

Confirm the system programming information, click "Continue".

It will take about 15 minutes to start programming. Please keep the voltage at least 13.0V during the programming process! Click "Continue".

How Yanhua Mini ACDP solves data loss problem of BMW CAS4

 Question: Hello, I recently experienced a data lost with Yanhua Mini ACDP BMW CAS3+. This CAS3+ is easy to fix. But I'm wondering what can I do if I had problem with CAS4+ or FEM/BDC module.

We are asking if there is a solution to fix the problem…

Solution

• If CAS4/CAS4+ coding data loss due to transmission interruption, go to recover data in Mini ACDP, the vehicle can back to normal.

Path: BMW >> CAS1~4 >> CAS4/CAS4+ >> OBD mode >> IMMO/Mileage >> Recover coding data

• If FEM/BDC transmission break, DO NOT exit and wait for 15 minutes. The ACDP back-end will run automatically.
• If FEM/BDC data loss, go to recover EEPROM & coding data in Mini ACDP with a smart phone. The vehicle will return to normal.

Is it possible to read BMW MSV90 ISN by Mini ACDP without opening the shell of DME? If can, how to?

Step 1: Prepare all accessories below

• MSV90 interface board (ACDP Module 27)

 This is a guide to add BMW CAS4/ CAS4+ key with Yanhua Mini ACDP in OBD/ICP mode. Read it carefully to learn how easy it can do.

BMW CAS4/4+ Add Key via OBD

Connect ACDP programmer with vehicle OBD port.

Mini ACDP>> BMW >> CAS1–4 >> CAS4/CAS4+ >> OBD mode >> IMMO/Mileage >> Add key(Automatic mode) >> Continue

Please check the system info, like VIN, mileage, system status and other vehicle info.

Press "Continue".

Detect to the ECU does not pre-process, please preprogram first.

Press "Continue".

Please save the original coding data.

Pre-process ECU system finished.

Please backup CAS data file.

Please put the working key close to the emergency start sensing antenna position(located at the steering wheel right hand).

Check IMMO info like ISN, VIN, press "OK".

Choose any unoccupied key channel displayed as FF.

Install the copper pillar.

Align D1-D4 test points. Vertical press down the CAS4 interface board. As long as the 4 test points are aligned, then all test points are aligned.

Lock the board with copper pillar & PCB lock, connect all together.

Power up the ACDP.

Please connect the BAV adapter and put in the blank key.

Select the original DFLASH data.

Choose the unoccupied key channel displayed as FF.

Take out the blank key from the coil and put in the working key instead.

You can put the CAS4 module back to the vehicle. And insert the new key into the key slot for learning. Start the car with new key.
