Confirmed: BMW Mini Cooper remote programming can be done by Yanhua Mini ACDP programmer.
If it is CAS3, ACDP can do via OBD, if it is CAS3+, ACDP can do only after dismantling the CAS3+ and program new key using interface board.

Check if the key is a smart one or not. If yes, you have to choose Key 1-3

The generated CAS data includes the new key info.

Insert the original key before you’re gonna to write data into CAS
Go to update key data
Select the correct bin file
Select a method to generate a dealer key

Please install the CAS into the car and try the new key to start.
The ELV is faulty; you should synchronize it

Confirmed: Yanhua Mini ACDP is allowed to bound in more than one mobile Phone, not only one phone. But only in one mobile phone at the same time, if you want to bound another one mobile phone, this former one needs to be unbound.
You can use your mobile phone to unbound by yourself, or you can press the "Reset" button on the Yanhua Mini ACDP to unbound.
Mobile phone bound to Yanhua Mini ACDP Procedure:
->Open the Bluetooth and connect the WI-FI
->Open the ACDP on your phone and click setting as the following icon
->Click "Initial use settings"
->Following the directions:
press and hold the "SET"button ,after 7 seconds,ACDP 's buzzer sounds"Di~~~" and finish initial programming process
->Choose the Bluetooth device
->Enter the password of WI-FI, the clic Start configuration
