2021 BMW Key Programming with Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus / Yanhua Mini ACDP

How to know if the Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus or Yanhua Mini ACDP Master key programmer can support to program latest BMW 2020-2021?

The answer is to check your BMW chassis. Both VVDI Key Tool Plus & Mini ACDP support to program keys for BMW with F chassis or E chassis. That’s to say apart from the G chassis, all other chassis are workable.

(eg. Mini ACDP can program BMW Mini 2020.)

How to Select Yanhua Mini ACDP Options to Clone BMW FEM?

 

Problem

I have to clone BMW FEM LR01 ZB7 HIGH CA. I bought exactly the same FEM with the same HW ID. There are 2 options: Copy Data Replace & Calculate Data Replace in Mini ACDP Master. But I’m not sure which option I have to select.

Can you please help me? What is the difference here?

 

Solution

1. If having the original working key, and the FEM module can be communicated, please select “Copy data replace”.
2. If the original FEM module can’t be communicated and pre-programmed, please select “Calculate data replace”.

Cars before 2015 should be programmed by OBD.

2019 BMW m4/m3 / x5 1 series program AKL (using Yanhua ACDP)

 Have Yanhua Mini ACDP, used it to program new key when all keys lost: Bmw m4/m3 2016-2019 (F chassis) , Bmw x5 2014-2017 (F chassis, for the car after 2018 year, it is G chassis and not work) , Bmw 1 series 2015-2019 (all are F chassis).

 

Need:

1. Yanhua Mini ACDP with Module 1 +2 +3
2. Bench Interface board (mainly N20, N55, B38, B48 /B58)

Yanhua Digimaster 3 Vs. obdstar odometer for mileage correction

What's all your thoughts on the Digimaster iii d3 original for mileage correction. It's between Digimaster 3 original and obdstar odomaster. Unless you got any to throw in the choice. Don't know which to buy. Need to cover old and new. I've heard obdprog 500m, But I've heard the updates are few and far between.

 

Quote some experienced users' point of view:

Digimaster iii d3 original is a good tool but it’s not for beginners, you have to be very handy and technical to use it, I had to make a lot of connecters for it...

 

For the price, it’s worth it.

It do a lot of new cars, it’s worth getting, if U want something better than that you have to spend over 7k.

 

They update it every few months, they always add new cars to the list.

 

But you will also need one of them obd tools, like obdstar x300m, it’s around $200 or the new version of it odomaster, and a cheap Digiprog 3.
